Manager of mid-size communications company; oversee a team of 15 people; develop leadership training for onboarding employees on the fast track; responsible for the implementation of the leadership training program. I work closely with the training division to identify and accurately prioritize training needs for the team to ensure they can meet and exceed their customers’ expectations. The data measures for determining the effectiveness of training falls under my roof as well, which is used to redesign training as necessary. Our key stakeholders also attend customized training to ensure they completely understand the products and services they have purchased.
