I am a sales manager with a large-size manufacturing company and manage a staff of 12 account reps. I am responsible for determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results, and establishing sales objectives. In addition, I have implemented national sales programs by developing field sales action plans, resulting in an increase in closed sales. My focus for the last two years has been on maintaining sales volume and keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and analyzing my competition. I head up the new hire training for my division and any additional time is spent boating with my family.
